We offer the following services: Property finding and acquisition service We work with local experts in the client's chosen country and area of search to find suitable investment opportunities matching their criteria. We will help prepare an investment strategy; advise on local market conditions; shortlist properties to visit; project investment returns and negotiate the
terms of purchase. We advise the client right through to completion. mortgages, insurance, foreign exchange, legal and management matters.
Investment Property Sales We advise clients on their disposal strategies. We liaise with their financial advisers to ensure seller’s interests are best served in disposing of the property. We will help advise on foreign and UK tax and currency implications of any disposal and seek to maximise the income and capital returns to the investor.
