Hotel Site Feasibility Study

Triniti BPS was commissioned by a private investor to research the market for a

hotel for a potential site in Hastings Town Centre. Our analysis identified a gap in

the local provision of hotels in the area, reinforced by identified shortages in the

Hastings & St. Leonard’s serviced accommodation market and validated by a

canvas of potential operators. We also investigated the potential market for

ancillary uses to attract additional income streams, in particular restaurant and bar,

plus health & fitness functions. After identifying a suitable location we provided

estimated values for the site in hotel use and advised upon the necessary actions

to take the proposals forward.
